I usually enjoy the food here, but the customer service tonight was really disappointing.
Before picking up our order, we called and specifically requested extra salan and raita. We were told it had already been added. However, when we opened the order at the restaurant, neither was included. When we pointed this out, instead of simply fixing the mistake, the staff member made a rude face and acted like we were asking for something unreasonable.
This happened around 9 PM. We’ve also had similar experiences with DoorDash orders where salan and raita are often missing. If you don’t provide extra portions for free, that’s completely understandable, but at least give customers the option to purchase them.
We ordered one Family Pack Biryani and one Single Biryani. The most disappointing part wasn’t the missing items—it was the rude attitude and the way the staff member looked at us when we asked about it. Good food should be matched with respectful customer service.

Had a buffet lunch on Canada Day. Excellent food and service. Especially very impressed by Ram Adhikari who took care of the service with great attention to detail.
